Wilton CE primary school is delighted to support the Don McMath Foundation school in The Gambia. This year, during the national year of reading we invested into a new phonics scheme to support our incredible children. We decided to pay it forward and teamed up with this wonderful school and gifted our old scheme to support children accessing free education and therefore tackling poverty. We are hoping to develop our relationship with them in the further. To find out more about this charity, click on the link/ https://www.donmcmath.org Everyone belongs. Everyone achieves.
Year 6, it's time to spread your wings, To chase your dreams and all they bring. We've shared such laughter, learned so much, And grown through kindness, care and touch. Remember well our motto true, A guiding light in all you do: Everyone belongs, everyone achieves, In ourselves and each other, we believe. So step ahead with heads held high, Reach for the stars up in the sky. Though you'll leave our school behind, The memories you've made will stay in mind. Good luck, Year 6, shine bright and strong . . . . You'll always be where you belong
We are very grateful to the Bridge project for supporting our children.
Year Five showed incredible perseverance at Sarum Academy Football tournament. What stood out was their determination, winning two matches and next time we hope for even more wins! Every single player kept going, supported their team mates and never gave up, even when the games were tough: true Wilton spirit. The team represented the school with positivity, resilience and brilliant sportsmanship. Most importantly they had a fantastic time, enjoying the chance to play, learn and grow together We are very proud of them.
Good morning Wilton families Our internet server is currently down. We have a team onsite trying to resolve the situation. Our phone lines are working as normal, so please telephone the school, rather than email us if you need anything today. As soon as we are back up and running we will post an update. Thankyou, as always for your understanding.
"Aliens love underpants, in every shape and size..." and it seems Wilton loves them too! We are absolutely thrilled that Wilton CE Primary were crowned the overall winners of the Wilton Carnival with our fantastic Aliens Love Underpants theme! A huge thank you to all of our amazing children, parents and staff whose creativity, enthusiasm and hard work helped bring our out-of-this-world entry to life. A very special thank you goes to Mrs Johnson for her vision, direction and endless dedication in making it all happen. We are incredibly proud to be part of such a wonderful Wilton community and delighted to celebrate this success together
Our incredible Year 5 children have been working collaboratively to design and create delicious Mediterranean pinwheels! From sharing ideas and planning their designs to preparing, making and, of course, enjoying their creations, the children demonstrated fantastic teamwork throughout the process. Not only did they develop their design and food preparation skills, but they also strengthened friendships, built positive relationships and learned the value of working together towards a shared goal. We are so proud of their creativity, cooperation and enthusiasm!
What a legend! Mr Gunn the superstar has done it! We are so proud and in awe of your incredible bravery and determination!
