Phonics - a useful video for parents

This video explains the phonic code that we use to teach the children the mechanics of reading. We hope you find it useful, particularly with regards to the correct pronunciation of individual letter sounds. While this video mentions PhonicsBooks at the end, there are lots of reading schemes that follow the learning of phonics.

Caterpillars will do PE on a Monday and Thursday. Please come in PE kit on those days starting on Monday 14th September.

Please bring in a pair of named wellies that can stay in school and be used for welly walks.

Welcome to our new Caterpillars!

We hope you enjoyed the Stay and Play sessions last week and any questions or queries have been answered.

We are so looking forward to working with you all as the children start their incredible learning journey at Wilton.
