Meeting Dean Stephen Lake - The New Bishop of the Diocese of Salisbury

Some children from Year 6 were invited to welcome the and celebrate the new Bishop of the Diocese of Salisbury at the education centre in Wilton on the 13th January.

This was an amazing and memorable event to witness as he was announced the new Bishop in Parliment at 10 O'Clock. As he walked around to meet all children he mentioned that he was a supporter of Tottenham Football club which sparked the children's interest. We will look forward to welcoming the Bishop into school as he starts his work in the county soon.

End of Term 2

To celebrate the end of Term 2 Year 6 enjoyed a Christmas Party with classic songs and a cosy fireplace. As this is their last year of primary school we took part in Secret Santa where all children bought thoughtful presents for each other. We also reflected on our favourite memories from 2021 and our wishes for 2022!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!!

I'll look forward to a wonderful New Year in Gandalf Class!!

Tree Lightning Ceremony in Wilton 26th November

Some of the class helped the local church with their tree lighting nativity ceremony. The children had starring roles and helped the local scouts and brownies with their parts. After a cold evening all enjoyed a well earned cup of hot chocolate.

Avon Tyrrell Residential 2021

Gandalf class had an exceptional three days on residential showing the Wilton Way by facing their fears and having fun in nature with their friends!
